Get to Know Us

For individuals with developmental disabilities, it can be tough finding the help they need. Whether you’re a parent looking for professional care or a support coordinator helping these special families, finding the right care for their specific needs can be a challenge.

In an ideal world, you could have flexible, personalized and professional supportive in-home care whenever you need it. You’d help the individual in your life become more confident, you can be more available to attend to their needs, and you can have more time in your day either for your loved ones or for helping others in need.

This world shouldn’t be a daydream.

With Allied Community Services, we can help turn that dream into a reality. Through our supportive in-home services, individuals and their families will receive dedicated help with daily activities and basic necessities. From direct support to detailed skill building, we’ll help make your life easier

Our goal is to make the individual in your life feel safe, comfortable and independent within their own home through personalized supports.

    Trained Support Staff

Our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) are essential workers who support the individuals we serve. They are the backbone of our agency. Our DSPs assist the individuals they support, helping them integrate into their community and live their highest quality life. We highly value their contribution, as the work of a DSP is critically important to the lives of people with disabilities.

  • DSPs offer our clients 1-on-1 support for things like skills training, mentoring, advocacy, cooking, cleaning, medication assistance, and transportation.

          Our Approach

Each person under our care is different, and so are their needs. For this reason, we begin by letting our clients undergo an assessment where we determine their specific care requirements and services they may benefit from. This process also allows us to speak with our clients and talk about their care preferences so we can tailor a service plan that suits their needs, support their growth, and encourage independence. Our team is composed of

a diverse set of professionals with years of combined experience supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities.
